I’m sure most of you have heard about Apple Cider Vinegar and its many benefits. The reason I would like to discuss apple cider vinegar in this article is that for a long time, I was putting it on my turkey sandwich, not even knowing a thing about it. How can I not even know what it was and how it got made? All along, I thought it was just a salad dressing or a homemade tomato sauce.
Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV) is a known herbal supplement used by most health practitioners to promote good health and fight off disease.
They say that the best way to use apple cider vinegar is with food. The reason is that it has an active component called acetic acid. This acid helps promote cell growth in the body, commonly found in the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and skin. ACV also contains antioxidants, which are the active ingredient in anti-aging creams and other skin products. I don’t think that skincare products would be very popular if they didn’t contain something that could help your skin look younger. You can also use ACV for body cleansing. When you ingest ACV, it cleanses your colon, because of its antibacterial properties. You get rid of harmful bacteria, or viruses that damage and destroy cells. Some people claim that ACV can also help you lose weight. If you do a little research, you will find that it is one of the top herbs used to assist with weight loss. It is because ACV will cause your body to create a natural metabolizer that will speed up your metabolism. However, there is plenty of evidence that suggests that using ACV might be harmful when used for a detox diet. A detox diet will always come with side effects, so why risk it? My suggestion is to look into other products that come with the ingredients necessary to help support a detox diet. Any herbal supplement that contains the right ingredients will be safe to use.
